Espresso catering from Motivāt means a real espresso bar at your event: a commercial espresso machine on our cart, a professional barista behind it, and drinks made to order for every guest. Not pump-pots. Not drop-off carafes. An actual bar experience.
The difference you can taste is the coffee itself. We roast single origin coffees in-house at our Downtown Oakland roastery, and the espresso we pull at your event is the same coffee we serve across the counter at our café. Very few espresso catering companies roast their own — it's the reason our clients come back.

We've run espresso bars for conferences, all-hands meetings, product launches, hotel events, and weddings across the Bay Area — including events for Anthropic, Microsoft, Meta, HP, Logitech, and the Omni San Francisco. For big crowds we bring additional espresso machines and baristas so guests get their drinks fast and get back to your event.
Every espresso catering booking is customized: choose your service window, add standby hours for multi-session days, and build the drink menu around your crowd — espresso drinks at minimum, with cold brew, matcha, and more if you want the full spread.
Roaster-direct espresso, not commodity beans
Most mobile espresso bars buy someone else's beans. Motivāt is a coffee roaster first — our espresso catering is an extension of the roastery, which means fresher coffee, real quality control, and baristas who know the coffee they're pulling because we roasted it ourselves days before your event.
