An affogato bar is the rare catering station that's also entertainment: a barista pulls a fresh shot of espresso and pours it over ice cream in front of your guests. It's dessert, it's coffee, and it's a moment — which is why it's become our signature add-on for weddings and dessert hours.
The espresso matters here more than anywhere: hot, fresh, and intense against the cold ice cream. Ours comes from single origin coffee roasted at our own Oakland roastery, pulled to order on a commercial machine.
